The management of municipal control of Feodosia informs:
It is forbidden to operate markets, cafes, summer sites and other retail facilities in the absence of an agreement with specialized enterprises to call all types of waste. The absence of this agreement is a violation of paragraphs. 1.39 of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Section 1 of the Rules for the improvement of the territory of the municipality of the city district of Feodosia, approved by the decision of the 49th session of the Feodosia City Council of the Republic of Crimea 2 convocations of 06.30.2022 No. 484.
Failure to comply with the rules entails administrative liability under Article 3.11 of the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated 25.06.2015 No. 117-ZRK /2015 “On Administrative Offenses in the Republic of Crimea”. The sanctions of this article provide for a warning or imposition of a fine: in citizens — in the amount of two thousand to five thousand rubles; for officials — from ten thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities — from thirty thousand to one hundred thousand rubles.
