Fighter MMA Jeff Monson visited the Crimean Republican Children's Clinical Hospital
Krympress reports:
At the invitation of representatives of the ANO “Crimean Children’s Hospice”, the famous fighter of mixed martial arts (MMA) Jeff Monson visited the GBUZ RK “Republican Children’s Clinical Hospital”. The athlete visited the Palliative Department and the Department of Oncology and Hematology, talked with the hospital, parents and children.
The fighter was very attentive to all small patients — he went around everyone in the wards. His visit was a real event for the children and gave them positive emotions. According to doctors, such moments are very important for children, because patients of the children’s hospital need not only medical, but also psychological and spiritual support.
The boys who came to a meeting with an athlete were able to get a self -defense lesson — Jeff Monson showed them several simple but effective techniques. The fighter said that at the end of his career, he would like to help children. Especially for those who do not have the opportunity to pay for training in sports schools. He believes that each child has his own unique talents and it is very important to support them.
Hospital employees and representatives of the children’s hospice thanked the athlete for the attention and sincere care of children, emphasizing that such visits not only cheer up patients, but also inspire them to further fight the disease.
