Fighters of Russian studio detachments passed the Mentoring School for the employment of adolescents in the summer in Crimea

From February 27 to March 1 on the basis of the Crimean Federal University. V.I. Vernadsky was held by the school of preparing mentors for labor detachments of adolescents, the participants of which were the Stadotreyadovites of the Republic of Crimea.

Labor detachments of adolescents (TOP) is a union of schoolchildren and students of secondary professional educational institutions from 14 to 18 years old, who want to work during the vacation, in their free time from study.

Mentors for labor detachments of adolescents are fighters and command staff of Russian student detachments. The Crimean Staldsets play a key role in the support of adolescents involved in labor activity, seek to convey their knowledge and experience to them.

For several years, the labor detachments of adolescents in the Crimea have been united by students, most of which is employed in the summer. The main area of ​​work where adolescents work covers the sphere of animation activities in the framework of children’s recovery. In addition, adolescents take an active part in the improvement of settlements as part of labor landing, such as the Crimean Student Troops and the Victory Tarp, which will be held this year from March 22 to 30 and will be dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. This allows students to develop both in labor volunteering and get the first official labor experience.

Despite the difficulties of hiring minors due to a short working day, restrictions on activities, employers are increasingly revising their position and hire adolescents to work. This is due to the shortage of seasonal personnel in the field of recreation and hospitality, services and children’s rehabilitation, also additional incentives for hiring minors are provided at the legislative level. Therefore, high -quality training of mentors for children from labor detachments of adolescents is important for us who are ready to support and help adolescents make the right choice in the future, — said Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student detachments.

The training school included trainings and master classes aimed at developing skills in working with adolescents. School participants discussed successful examples of the employment of tops in Crimean organizations and exchanged best practices.

Labor detachments of adolescents in Crimea are a team of children who are ready to develop their talents and master new professions.
