Fire in the center of Simferopol: two pavilions on the 100-meter street caught fire
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On April 1, at 11:32, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the city of Sevastopol received information that a cafe was on fire on the Kornilov embankment. Let us note that such a fire in the center of Simferopol is not that uncommon. On the same “100-meter street” in the summer of 2018, three “cafes” burned down.
The forces of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations moved to the scene: two departments of the 1st fire and rescue unit, one department of the 2nd fire and rescue unit. Upon arrival, two shopping pavilions were found to be on fire. Four barrels “B” were used for extinguishing: two for extinguishing and two for protecting neighboring buildings— reported the emergency department.
The fire engulfed two pavilions. The fire area was 200 square meters. By this time, the fire has been localized, watering and dismantling of the structures of the affected cafes continues. The most important thing is that there were no dead or injured in this fire.
