Over the past 24 hours, employees of the Crimean Ministry of Emergency Situations extinguished building fires in the urban district of Alushta and the Nizhnegorsky region.

Yesterday, at 12:15, the control panel of the operational duty officer of the State Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Fire Protection of the Republic of Crimea» received a signal about a fire in the village of Bondarenkovo (Alushta urban district) — a non-operational building was burning. At 15:47, the State Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Fire Protection of the Republic of Crimea” received the following signal about a fire in the Nizhnegorsky district of the village. Velikoselye.

Upon arrival, it became known that an outbuilding was on fire on the territory of a private household. Due to strong, gusty winds, there is a threat of further spread of fire to neighboring buildings. Emergency Situations Ministry employees laid hose lines and began extinguishing the fire. Within 1 hour the fire was completely localized and extinguished. It took considerable time to water and dismantle the straw to prevent the fire from reoccurring. Its area was 4 square meters. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of firefighters, it was possible to avoid further “transition” of the fire. There were no casualties. The reasons are determined by experts— reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
