Dear Sevastopol residents, I sincerely congratulate you on the holiday! For the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol, it seems to me that this is generally one of the most important holidays of the year, because the area was largely created by representatives of the fishing industry — those glorious companies that we now remember as legendary representatives of the time when these most powerful holdings were known throughout the Soviet Union. Today is a difficult day for the industry. Thank you for your understanding of this situation, we, in turn, will continue to support you. I believe that the fishing industry will definitely flourish in Sevastopol! — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The fishing industry is incredibly multifaceted: here is production, and protection, research, study, replenishment of bioresources. The Sevastopol region has various opportunities for catching, processing and harvesting fish. It is important to constantly develop this area, modernizing technologies and increasing the volume of fishing. On behalf of the Sevastopol Parliament, I thank all the specialists who support the traditions of the fishing industry and at the same time actively introduce the latest technologies. Of course, I also congratulate amateur fishermen who, together with their constant companions — Sevastopol cats — give our city a special charm.— emphasizes the chairman of the Legislative Assembly Vladimir Nemtsev.
