In Sevastopol, more than thousand employers submit monthly reports to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation about their employees. We remind you, no later than June 2022 year, employers (insured persons) must submit monthly reports to the Pension Fund for May 2022 of the year for two types of reporting: SZV-M and SZV-TD .
Monthly reporting SZV-M «Information about the insured persons» is submitted regardless of the fact of payroll and other remuneration. Information is provided for all employees, without exception, who were in an employment relationship with the employer for at least one day in the reporting month, as well as for those employees with whom civil law contracts have been concluded, even if remuneration for their work will be accrued in the following periods.
It should be noted that policyholders who do not conduct financial and economic activities, who do not have employees, must also submit information in the SZV-M form to the head of the organization, incl. whose functions are performed by the sole founder or one of the founders .
Monthly reporting SZV-TD «Information on labor activity» is submitted no later than of the day of the month following the reporting one, to employees, in respect of which personnel events took place in the reporting period (month) (transfer, renaming of the organization, assignment of a profession, qualifications), as well as if the employee wrote a statement about choosing the method of maintaining a work book.
In case of dismissal or hiring of an employee, the employer is obliged to submit a report in the form of SZV-TD no later than the business day following the day the relevant order (instruction) is issued. If the employer did not have any personnel events, such reporting is not necessary.
Please note that policyholders with more than people are required to submit reports in the form of an electronic document.
For violation of the deadlines and non-compliance with the procedure for submitting information in the form of electronic documents, financial sanctions are applied.
