Five tourists were rescued on Mount Boyka

On November 3, at 18:15, the Crisis Management Center received a message that in a mountainous forest area near the village. Sokolinoe on Mount Boyka, a group of young people have lost their way from the path and cannot get out on their own. Rescuers’ help is required.
The crisis management center organized an immediate response from the mountain search and rescue unit of the Specialized Unit of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Crimea. Upon arrival at the scene of the incident, rescuers, together with KRYM-SPAS employees, began efforts to search for victims and transport them to a safe place. They did not need medical attention— reported the emergency department.
In total, 8 personnel and 2 pieces of equipment were involved in the rescue operation from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
