For 41% of companies in Crimea, applicants’ experience of individual entrepreneurship is a disadvantage

Large business companies are more loyal to former individual entrepreneurs. Representatives of companies from Crimea took part in the SuperJob service survey.
For 41% of Crimean companies, the experience of former businessmen who become employees is a disadvantage: “These are no longer performers. Uncontrollable»; “It’s difficult for them to adjust to hired work. High expectations»; “Lack of skills: subordination, adherence to work and rest schedule”; “They are basically trying to revive their business at the employer’s expense.” Only in every ninth company do HR consider entrepreneurship experience to be an advantage of the applicant, and most often such a background is considered an advantage in small businesses (15%),” noted the service’s press service.
31% of HR managers claim that experience in running their own business does not affect employment in any way. Large businesses are the most loyal to former individual entrepreneurs: 55% of employers claim that they treat such applicants without prejudice.
