For 76% of working residents of Crimea, it is important to recognize their professional qualities and skills

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
76% of the inhabitants of Crimea admitted that they need to recognize their professional qualities and skills: at the same time, 61% expect approval from the leadership and from colleagues, 13% — only from the authorities, and 2% exclusively from colleagues.
For those who are important to recognize the authorities and ordinary employees, the key factor is respect in the team: “For me, both of them are equally valuable — this is how the authority in the team develops.” Those who are only focused on assessing the leadership associate this with career and professional growth: “recognition of the authorities is an indicator of my level”; “The opinion of the leader is important to me, because promotion and salary depend on him,” and explain why they doubt his colleagues: “Competition interferes with an objective assessment”; «Colleagues can envy, they are not always honest.» The few inhabitants of Crimea, who are in the first place of the recognition of colleagues, most often work in a narrow professional field: “Endoscopic ENT surgery is very specific in complexity. There are few specialists of the corresponding level in Russia. ”
Women demonstrate a more pronounced need to assess their professional contribution to work compared to men (79% versus 73%, respectively), while residents of Crimea are more often waiting for approval from the entire team: both leadership and colleagues. Youth up to 35 years (79%) and workers over 45 years old (78%) are also focused on the external assessment of their merits. Among respondents with an income of 50 to 100 thousand rubles, the need for professional recognition is expressed most strongly (84%), more often to receive approval from all employees, regardless of their rank. Refined with income up to 50 thousand rubles more than the rest are focused on receiving a positive assessment of their work from the immediate supervisor.
14% of workers are deliberately distanced from external assessment. Their position: “The main thing is to benefit people!”; «It is important to have skills and understand your value.»
