For 9 months of 2024, Crimean customs transferred more than 470 million rubles to the budget

On the eve of the professional holiday — Customs Day of the Russian Federation, the Crimean Customs summed up the results of work for 9 months of 2024.

This year, Crimean customs transferred 471.6 million rubles to the federal budget. One of the important tasks of the Crimean customs this year remains the work of monitoring goods placed under the customs procedure of the free customs zone. For the period from 01/01/2024 to 09/30/2024, the participants of the FEZ, including the Zaporozhye region, placed goods (equipment) with a total value of more than 222 thousand US dollars under the customs procedure of the free customs zone. The amount of exemptions granted from customs duties and taxes amounted to 8.7 million rubles.

To assist law enforcement agencies in ensuring security at the administrative border with the Kherson region and in the port of Crimea, Crimean Customs has deployed 5 mobile inspection and inspection complexes. Over 9 months, employees of the Crimean customs carried out 69.7 thousand inspections of vehicles using MIDK— reported the press service of the Crimean customs.
