For a day, three Sevastopol residents transferred almost 220 thousand rubles to fraudsters
Krympress reports:
The 47-year-old motorist, delighted with a profitable offer about the sale of a car, hastened to transfer 130 thousand rubles to the seller as an advance payment-and was left without money and without a car. A young man of 33 years old, fond of airsoft, instead of the desired equipment, lost 20 thousand rubles. A 29-year-old craftswoman received a real blow to the budget-having paid 65 thousand for the lathe, she never waited for delivery.
Sevastopol police recalls: When making purchases on the Internet, you should show special vigilance. Do not transfer money to unfamiliar sellers before receiving the goods, check the reputation of stores and private individuals on trading floors. In doubt in the good faith of the seller, it is better to refuse the transaction.
