For employers from Crimea, the personal qualities of a young specialist are more important than experience

By what principles do employers choose young specialists? In a survey of the Superjob service, the start of the career was attended by representatives of companies and organizations from the city who are looking for young employees with higher education.

Among the main criteria for the selection of young specialists in the first place is the assessment of the personal qualities of the candidate (68%). For 43% of recruiters, it is important to have at least a minimum work experience. 38% of personnel managers pay attention to the level and quality of the candidate’s education. 11% of experts consider it important to be important the candidate of the specifics of the company.

Among the additional selection criteria, attention is often paid to the level of profile software (56%). 23% of personnel managers consider the experience of internships important. 15% pay attention to the level of performance at a university or college. 6% consider the knowledge of a foreign language important.

The most popular personal competence of young specialists is organization (53%). In second place is a development orientation (46%). On the third — the motivation of achievements (44%). 37% of recruiters note the ability to work in a team. 5% consider the presence of leadership qualities important.
