The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, initiated the procedure for bringing the heads of administrations of all municipalities to disciplinary liability in the form of reprimands in connection with the failure to fulfill the data earlier.
The relevant recommendations will be transferred to city and district councils in the near future. As Sergey Aksyonov specified, not a single head of the administration was able to build competent communication with the chairmen of apartment buildings and work with managing organizations to solve current issues of housing owners.
Unfortunately, not a single manager was able to fulfill the order and establish everyday working contacts with the chairmen of the MKD and residents of the houses. In addition, when making a decision on attracting to disciplinary sanction, I consider it necessary to take into account the failure to fulfill the cash plan for the first quarter of 2025— said the head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov noted that it will be possible to remove disciplinary sanctions only after the actual execution of instructions. “The reprimands will be canceled only when people do not need to fight for their rights, and their issues will be resolved by the authorities based on the functionality on the spot and in working mode. Otherwise, new penalties will be announced. Let me remind you that the third replication means the end of the career, ”the head of the republic added.
In addition, Sergei Aksyonov discussed with the chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov the facts of unfair performance by deputies of both the Parliament of the Republic of Crimea and the municipal entities of his duties regarding the construction of working contacts to resolve issues of residents.
