For non-payment of alimony, a Sevastopol citizen will work 60 hours of compulsory work

For non-payment of alimony for the maintenance of a minor child -year-old resident of Sevastopol will work 60 hours of compulsory work.
In the Leninsky bailiff department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Sevastopol, there is an enforcement proceeding against a man who, by a court decision, is obliged to transfer ¼ of all income in favor of his child. Despite the decision of the court, the parent was not interested in his son and did not provide him with material assistance, he did not take steps towards official employment. Alimony arrears amounted to more than 185 thousand rubles. For evading the payment of alimony for the maintenance of a minor son, administrative proceedings were initiated against the debtor under Part 1 of Art. 5.35.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Non-payment of funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents) and sent for consideration to the court. Outcome: the debtor was found guilty and he was sentenced to 60 hours of compulsory work. If the administrative penalty is ignored and the court decision is not executed, a citizen who does not pay alimony may be held criminally liable under Art. disabled parents), — noted in the press service of the Office of the Federal Bailiffs Service in Sevastopol.
