For Sevastopol veterans of their own and their families, they conducted a medical examination

On the eve of the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland in one day, their veterans and their families visited the main specialist doctors, such as: therapist, otolaryngologist, neurologist, surgeon, urologist, cultural, as well as laboratory and diagnostic studies. Such a comprehensive examination allows you to identify diseases at an early stage and start treatment in a timely manner.

We do not get tired of repeating — the undergoing medical examination allows you to identify diseases that the patient may not even suspect. This makes it possible to begin treatment at an early stage when the chances of successful recovery are the highest. Health care is not only the treatment of diseases, but also their prevention. Regular medical examination helps to prevent the development of serious diseases, such as cardiovascular, oncological, diabetes and others. This is especially important for those who help to ensure our safety. This is not the first action, held together with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, in which we make maximum efforts so that our defenders know everything about the state of their health, because prevention is always cheaper than the treatment of an already developed disease— notes Dmitry GOSTOV, Deputy Director of the Department of Health.

The state of health came to check about 40 people. Dispensirization was carried out in the clinic No. 2 of the city hospital No. 1.

Veterans were accompanied by social coordinators of the Sevastopol branch of the Defender of the Fatherland Foundation.

At first I thought that I would have to run for several days to go through all the doctors and take tests. But it turned out that for veterans everything is organized much more convenient — you can do it literally in one day! — shared the positive impressions of the veteran of his Alexander.
