The fact that for several months 2016 of the year, Black Sea Aquaculture LLC in the Chernomorsky region has grown about tons of marketable products, said Andriy Savchuk, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea.

The enterprise is innovative not only for the Crimea, but for Russia as a whole. Its peak power is calculated for 5000 tons. It is planned to grow commercial trout weighing more than 4 kilograms. The production cycle is planned to be organized through the cooperation of several participants. Today, the production chain is determined by three enterprises of the Galstyan farm, on the basis of which the incubation and rearing of juveniles at the early stages of IP Zhirko D.V. is carried out. Here, in the recirculating water supply system, juveniles will be grown and transferred to salt water. Andrey Savchuk also reminded that the Galstyan farm is an enterprise that specializes in growing commercial products of sturgeon and rainbow trout. In the 2019 year, 1.3 tons of sturgeon were grown on the farm, in the 140 year — 140 tons of sturgeon. Black Sea Aquaculture LLC is the final link in the chain. The enterprise is focused on the cultivation of commercial trout in a cage farm located in the Black Sea in the area of ​​the village. Northern Chernomorsky region. Also in the republic, the Crimean Fish Hatchery is successfully engaged in the reproduction of aquatic biological resources, their acclimatization, fishery reclamation, stocking of water bodies and saving juveniles of commercial fish species.
