For the first time in 60 years, a major overhaul of the House of Culture «Horizon» in the Leninsky district of Crimea is being carried out

Overhaul of the House of Culture «Horizon» has started in the Leninsky district of Crimea. The first in 60 years (that is, from the moment of construction).

According to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea, more than 52 million rubles were allocated for the overhaul of the building under the national project «Culture».

According to Tatyana Manezhina, Minister of Culture of Crimea, thanks to the national project, Crimean cultural institutions are becoming modern cultural spaces, demanded leisure centers, new points of attraction for the population.

Customer — Municipal Budgetary Institution of Culture «District House of Culture «Horizon» of the Leninsky District. Completion of construction and installation works is scheduled for autumn 2023.

The activities of the district House of Culture are aimed at preserving traditions, supporting gifted children and youth, introducing them to the best examples of folk art, developing creative abilities, and patriotic education of the younger generation.

The Museum of the History of the Leninsky District since the beginning of construction work in the House of Culture has been moved to another building, which is also planned to be renovated in the future— noted in the Republican Ministry of Culture.
