For the first time in Simferopol, the construction of a unique facility — a deep sewer collector — is being implemented. Estimated cost — 11 billion rubles. The work is carried out within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation «Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol».

The project provides for the reconstruction of the old collector and the construction 17 kilometers of new, of which 13 km are ready.

First of all, mines are being developed. Along the entire length of the linear facility, such are mounted 13. Then, by means of microtunneling, reinforced concrete pipes are laid, the outer diameter of which is 2.5 — 3 meters. Currently, work has been completed at 6 mines.
