Four months in prison for a can of red caviar. Sentence to a resident of Kerch

A resident of Kerch, previously convicted of stealing a bottle of wine, is now convicted of stealing a can of red caviar:
As established by the court, on March 18, 2023, a resident of Kerch, having previously been brought to administrative responsibility for petty theft, and previously convicted of stealing a bottle of Crimean wine, was in the PUD store, taking advantage of the fact that no one was watching his actions, in order to extracting material gain, stole for personal gain, picking up one can of caviar 230 gr. Grainy Red Gold worth 1,040 rubles, after which he disappeared from the indicated place, disposing of the stolen goods at his own discretion— noted in the press service of the court.
The Kerch City Court of the Republic of Crimea found the 23-year-old previously convicted defendant guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 158.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced him to 4 months in prison.
For the totality of crimes, by partial addition of the imposed sentence and the sentence of June 05, 2023, the court imposed on the defendant a final sentence of 01 years 02 months in prison to be served in a colony-settlement.
The verdict did not enter into force.
