The Kerch City Court received criminal cases for consideration on the merits against four residents of the city of Kerch, accused under Part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (acquisition, storage, transportation for the purpose of use and use of a deliberately counterfeit other official document granting rights).

During the investigation, it was established that four residents of Kerch, who were registered with a psychiatrist, wishing to obtain driver’s licenses to drive vehicles, illegally acquired, for the purpose of subsequent use, medical reports in their name about the absence of medical certificates among candidates for vehicle drivers. contraindications, medical indications or medical restrictions for driving vehicles, which are one of the documents required for the issuance of driver’s licenses, and thus granting the right to be allowed to take exams and receive the corresponding state service for issuing driver’s licenses— reported the press service of the court.

The sanction of the article provides for restriction of freedom for up to one year, or forced labor for up to one year, or imprisonment for up to one year.
