Citizen E. — resident of the town. Krasnogvardeiskoe was carrying out household work and damaged the car of citizen G. Citizen E. did not want to compensate for the damage, and therefore citizen G. sued the latter.

According to the court decision, citizen E. was awarded compensation for material damage in the amount of 151 thousand rubles to the plaintiff, but he was in no hurry to do this. In this connection, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against citizen E. But even then the debtor was in no hurry to meet Citizen G., — noted in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

Taking into account the behavior of citizen E., the bailiff of the department foreclosed on the debtor’s funds in his bank accounts and temporarily restricted his right to travel outside Russia. However, citizen E. chose to continue to evade paying for material damage. Then, in order to check the property status of the debtor, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol went to the debtor’s residence address and found that he owned two televisions and an air conditioner, in respect of which an act of registration was drawn up. seizure. An employee of the enforcement authorities informed citizen E. that in case of non-payment of material damage, the seized property will be assessed and sold. Not wanting to lose his favorite household appliances, citizen E. found the necessary funds, showed up for an appointment at the bailiff’s office and repaid the debt in full.
