From a resident of the village. Krasnogvardeyskoye collected debts on taxes and loan payments in the amount of over 200 thousand rubles
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Resident of the village Krasnogvardeiskoe, which took funds for its needs in the amount of 149 thousand rubles from three credit institutions in the locality, did not return them on time.
In addition, citizen M. did not pay her tax debt in the amount of 49 thousand rubles. Representatives of credit institutions filed a lawsuit and after considering the case, citizen M. was ordered to repay the debt in full. However, she did not intend to do this, and very soon the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Krasnogvardeysky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against her, which were subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings,” the department’s press service announced the details of the case.
Subsequently, for untimely execution of the court decision, the bailiff of the department issued a resolution against the debtor to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of five thousand rubles.
However, citizen M. was still in no hurry to pay off her existing debts. The resident of Krasnogvardeisky did not change her behavior even after the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol arrested her bank accounts and temporarily restricted her from the right to travel outside Russia. Then, in order to check the property status of the debtor, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol went to the residence address of citizen M. Citizen M., who did not expect such a turn of events, opened the door to the employee of the enforcement authorities, but refused to be allowed inside the home. The bailiff warned the debtor that a protocol would be drawn up against her under Art. 17.8 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The warning influenced citizen M. properly and she expressed a desire to pay debts on taxes and loan payments. For this purpose, a resident of Krasnogvardeisky called her son, who soon came to her home and brought the necessary amount. On the same day, the debts, taking into account the enforcement fee, were repaid in fullthe department says.
