From December 15, the Head of Crimea will begin to “give assessments for the year” to heads of municipalities

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a meeting on problematic issues of municipalities in the Republic. He said that from December 15, summing up the results of the performance discipline of municipal administrations will begin.

One of the main tasks for this year is to get rid of everyone who constantly invents excuses and openly deceives the leadership of the republic. Effective work will be built only when the lies stop, and we learn about problems from each other, and not from citizens’ appeals. We must react earlier, without waiting for people to be outraged,” Aksyonov emphasized.

He recalled that the postponement of deadlines for the execution of instructions should be used as an opportunity to restructure work, and not become a delay in the application of disciplinary measures.

During the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Anna Anyukhina made a report on the implementation of the federal law regarding the entry of information about the rights holders of land plots and real estate objects. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Alushta urban district and Krasnoperekopsky district fulfilled this order ahead of schedule. Sergey Aksyonov thanked the heads of municipal administrations for their work.

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko informed that all municipalities have fulfilled the cash plan for 9 months.

The target was 110 percent met. Administrations of districts and city districts can redistribute funds received in excess of the established amount and direct them to those needs that were not covered by the current budget of the municipality— said the Deputy Prime Minister.

In turn, Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that everyone who does not ensure the fulfillment of the cash plan and additional revenues to local budgets by December 1 will be at risk.
