From July 1 of this year, the Bank of Russia will establish macroprudentic limits (MPL) or quantitative limitations for a mortgage. As reported «News» With reference to the press service of the regulator, at the first stage, the ban will affect the most risky borrowers who spend more than 80% of their income on duty and have a low down payment-no more than 20%.
The values of macroprudentic limits will be determined based on the situation in the economy and, in particular, in the mortgage market and for developers,-specified in the press service of the regulator.
The head of the Analytics Committee of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers (RSUD) Mikhail Khorkov, in an interview with the CIAN.
