From June 1, all construction in Big Yalta will stop for the entire summer. Well, not quite all, but they will stop
CrimeaPRESS reports:
From June 1 to September 30, we will traditionally stop construction work in Yalta, I promised in my Telegram channel head of the resort town administration Yanina Pavlenko.
I have already signed the corresponding resolution. I ask those who are currently reconstructing, repairing and building on the territory of the municipality to speed up if necessary, and if necessary, mothball the objects. We have a little more than 2 months for this. But since the summer — stopnoted Pavlenko.
However, not all construction projects will stop for the summer. There are exceptions.
There are a number of exceptions — the ban does not apply to emergency restoration work, those that are implemented at the expense of the federal, republican, municipal budgets and finishing of premises. Also — individual housing construction projects above the Simferopol-Yalta-Sevastopol highway. By agreement with us, participants in free economic zones and investment agreements, specialized developers who work under 214-FZ, those who build children’s health centers, carry out earthworks and lay communications will be able to continue working during the season,” the head of the Yalta administration clarified.
