From November 1, 2024, you can obtain a certificate of participation in a special military operation by contacting any regional center and office (TOSP) “My Documents”.
The certificate confirms participation in hostilities and provides access to benefits and payments for you and your families. The certificate is issued by the Federal State Institution “Military Social Center” of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
You can apply for results on the fifth working day.
- You can find out about the readiness of the service result and receive it at any MFC in Crimea, regardless of the place where the application was submitted.
- The result will also be available in your personal account on the State Services portal.
