During the week, the caring residents of Simferopol collected about 8 tons of humanitarian aid. The cargo will be transferred to the Kherson region.
Volunteers, together with active residents of Simferopol who are ready to provide assistance, in addition to collecting food and necessary goods for refugees temporarily residing in the Crimean capital, also collect humanitarian aid, which is sent to the liberated territories. We are also supported by the city administration. During this week, by joint efforts, we managed to collect about 8 tons of goods, including baby food, diapers, personal hygiene products and medicines , — said Antonina Boychenko, representative of the Charitable Foundation for the Development of the Region «Crimea — Native Home».
Also, toys, warm clothes for adults and children, a lot of books and educational games were sent to the villages of the Kherson region.
The collection of humanitarian aid, which will be sent to those in need on Ukrainian territories, continues.
