Based on the results of the service quality assessment, 90% of the Sevastopol residents who have applied are the maximum rating — five points.

As the Contact Center operator Olga Miranovich said, residents of the city are most often interested in vocational training, obtaining the necessary certificates, registration in a personnel center and employment. Appeals are regularly received from the participants of WHO, as well as from other categories of citizens who need additional support when searching for work. Since the beginning of April, there has been an increase in appeals from adolescents planning employment for the summer period.

Employers are addressed on issues of reporting, registration of subsidies, posting vacancies on the Russian Work portal, as well as on participation in vacancies fairs.

The operators of the contact center help both citizens and employers: they consult on various issues, write down on the reception, accept appeals and collect opinions about the quality of the employment service. After the call, everyone can leave a review, express wishes or suggestions to improve support measures in the field of employment— said Svetlana Rendak, director of the work of Russia Sevastopol.

For the convenience of applicants, the specialists of the contact center also inform about upcoming consultations with career consultants and events held by the personnel center. This allows you to make interaction more effective and increase the availability of services.
