The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a number of meetings on the activities and optimization of production processes of enterprises and organizations of the Republic.

During a working meeting at the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymgazseti”, Sergei Aksyonov noted that the enterprise’s task is to fulfill the target indicators for the current year and complete construction work at the facilities by December 20. In addition, the Head of Crimea emphasized that the results of the work should be adopted jointly with the heads of administrations.

In addition, the Head of the Republic emphasized that when planning activities for 2024, calculations must be made in advance, and the purchase of materials should be carried out at the beginning of the year at current prices in order to prevent further increases in the cost of projects.

Sergey Aksyonov also noted that in order to ensure the effective operation of the divisions of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymgazseti”, it is important to competently distribute the duties and areas of responsibility of employees, clearly formulate tasks, and build technological processes.

Aksyonov recommended that Crimeans, in order to avoid cases of fraud, contact the specialists of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Crimgazseti” for the installation and maintenance of gas equipment.

During the visit to the State Institution “Investstroy of the Republic of Crimea”, the progress of work at construction sites was discussed.

Sergey Aksyonov recalled that responsible persons are obliged to immediately report emerging risks and problematic issues, while it should take no more than three days to agree on the necessary changes in the documentation. In addition, a decision was made at all construction sites where there is a lag behind the schedule to introduce daily monitoring of work progress.

Then a working meeting was held on problematic issues of the State Institution “Road Service of the Republic of Crimea”.

Sergei Aksyonov pointed out that it is necessary to debug the system of warranty service and elimination of road damage. Defects found must be corrected by the contractor within a week. Companies that do not fulfill warranty obligations will no longer be allowed to work in Crimea. Responsibility for the timely identification of problems in the condition of roads lies with the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymavtodor” and the heads of municipal administrations.

Also during the meeting, it was announced that by the end of the year it is planned to launch traffic along the Nikolaevskaya interchange. In addition, the Head of Crimea instructed to work on the issue of asphalting rural roads in the near future.
