Get training, increase income and get promoted: Crimeans spoke about professional goals for 2024

Men more often named increasing income and career growth as professional goals for the new year, while women focus on improving their qualifications. Working economically active Crimeans took part in an open survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob.
In 2024, 26% of Crimeans want to undergo training or improve their qualifications. For 15%, their professional goal for the next year is to increase their income, and for 14%, it is to increase their position. 6% are aimed at completing a started project or fulfilling a plan, 4% are aimed at improving professionalism. 3% of city residents plan to open or expand their business, 2% plan to learn new responsibilities, and 1% plan to learn a foreign language. Another 2% of respondents would like to write methodological materials in the professional field, defend a dissertation, obtain a contract extension, optimize the work of a department, and find investments for the implementation of a project. 23% of respondents do not set professional goals for 2024,” noted the service’s press service.
Women are more likely than men to study and start their own business in 2024. Men, on the other hand, more often want to increase their income, grow in position and finish projects they have started.
