Give it back anyway… A resident of Sevastopol was charged with an alimony debt in the amount of 877 thousand rubles

A resident of Sevastopol did not pay alimony for the maintenance of his wife and minor daughter for a long time. As a result, I accumulated a debt to them totaling 877 thousand rubles.
Wanting to achieve the payments required by law for herself and her child, citizen G. sued citizen G. and, according to the court decision, the latter was ordered to pay the debt to the debtor in full. However, the debtor decided to completely distance himself from his former family and not comply with the court decision. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Gagarinsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against citizen G.
But even then, no action was taken by citizen G. to pay off the alimony debt. In order to induce the debtor to fulfill obligations to his child and ex-wife, the bailiff applied enforcement measures to the debtor, namely: he arrested his bank accounts, imposed a ban on registration actions with the apartment, and temporarily restricted citizen G. from the right to travel abroad. Russia, and also warned of administrative and criminal liability. The debtor did not heed the warnings and soon the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Gagarinsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol brought citizen G. to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 5.35.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. According to the court decision, the debtor was sentenced to 80 hours of compulsory labor.— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
Fearing being brought to criminal liability, a resident of Sevastopol nevertheless found the necessary amount — he suddenly entered into an inheritance, and as soon as possible paid the debt in full, transferring the funds to the deposit account of the bailiffs department. At the same time, citizen G. is not exempt from compulsory work and will serve it as a worker at one of the city’s public utility enterprises.
