Golden Sands year -round resort in Crimea will be able to take 1 million tourists per year
Krympress reports:
Sergei Aksyonov recalled that a large -scale project is being implemented as part of the federal project “Five Seas and Lake Baikal” by the national project “Tourism and Hosted”. The volume of state support will amount to about 13 billion rubles.
Funds from the republican and federal budgets will be aimed at creating the necessary infrastructure, including gas distribution and electric networks, water supply and sanitation facilities. The transfer of the existing regional road beyond the railway tracks will also be carried out. This will increase the planning capabilities of land plots, reduce the number of necessary pedestrian crossings, and also reduce the negative environmental impact on the recreational territory,-quotes the press service of the head of the republic.
According to Sergey Aksyonov, the investor has already developed documentation on the detailed layout of the territory and the general plan of the resort.
Currently, a master plan is being developed, including a financial and economic model and architectural and planning solutions. The total area of the resort is more than 200 hectares. At the moment, the design area is 52.6 hectares, including 33.3 hectares directly for hotels and sanatoriums, 12 ha — landscaping, landscaping and internal road network, and another 7.3 hectares — objects of anchor infrastructure. Special attention to the modern equipment of the beaches, which will all remain publicly available, — shared the head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov noted that the opening of a year -round resort will allow you to attract an additional tourist flow to the republic. “In general, this will create conditions for the growth of food and catering products, the development of excursion activities, and ultimately will increase tax revenues and improve the economic situation and the quality of life of residents,” the head of the republic concluded.
