Entering information about the insurance number of an individual personal account (SNILS) into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) has become easier. This was reported by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea, Valentina Kirlitsa.

From time to time, property rights holders ask themselves: why do they need to enter the SNILS number in the Unified State Register of Real Estate? The law does not oblige you to indicate this data, but it is better for the property owner to provide it, in particular, for the correct generation of extracts from the register. The fact is that SNILS is the only unique and unchanging personal identifier, which is assigned once and does not change throughout life, unlike other documents. If there is complete coincidence in the Unified State Register of Personal Data of different people, for example, full name and date of birth, it is SNILS that will allow the software package to determine the identity of the applicant and pull up the necessary information. In addition, due to the lack of SNILS in the Unified State Register Users of the State Services portal sometimes do not see information about their registered real estate in their personal account..

The procedure for providing information about SNILS has recently been simplified. If earlier the owner, as a rule, additionally indicated SNILS when applying to the MFC for any services of the State Committee for Register, now it has become even more convenient to do this by using Feedback Platform (POF). You will need a confirmed account on the State Services portal for authorization and in the appeal the copyright holder will only need to indicate the essence of the issue and the SNILS number.
