According to the authors of the bill, the amendments to the legislation will help increase the mutual responsibility of sellers and buyers when conducting transactions in the real estate market, help deprive unscrupulous market participants of the opportunity to resell information from the USRN, and also minimize attempts to register transactions using fake documents.
Personal data about the right holder, whether it is the surname, name and patronymic of the owner, will now be available to a limited circle of people: the owner himself, his spouse (s), heirs, authorities and notaries. It is worth noting that the adopted law does not apply to real estate owners who are legal entities.
