Goskomregister of the Republic of Crimea: terms for registration of rights and cadastral registration of certain types of land plots and buildings have been reduced

The terms of state registration of rights and cadastral registration of certain types of land plots and capital construction objects located on them have been reduced by more than two times. On May 1 10 the federal law came into force, which amends the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and other legislative acts. The document corrects the deadlines for registration of land plots provided for individual housing construction, personal subsidiary plots, gardening, horticulture, as well as for the construction of garages for their own needs.

Now the specialists of the State Register will carry out the registration of rights and cadastral registration of these types of plots within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the application by the department. If the documents are submitted through the multifunctional center «My Documents», then the accounting and registration actions will take 5 working days. The same terms apply to capital buildings, structures and objects of construction in progress on such sites, if the documents for registration and caduchet are submitted simultaneously. Previously, the registration of this property took 10 days from the date of receipt by the State Register and 12 days through the MFC , the press quotes — service of the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea Yulia Zhiganov.

Innovations in the federal legislation have already been brought to the attention of the heads of departments of the registration block of the committee.
