The accounting and registration sector is heading towards digitalization of the processes of interaction with applicants. This was reported by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea, Yulia Zhiganova.

She recalled that the popularity of receiving registration industry services is growing rapidly and even the most popular services that are available to applicants have been identified. Unified portal of public services of the Russian Federation (Gosuslugi).

Thus, the TOP 5, as expected, includes government services for state registration and cadastral registration of real estate and land plots, which in this context are appropriate to be combined into a single procedure. Given the importance of this procedure, more stringent requirements are applied to the submission of documents and the identification of applicants, dictated by security and data protection considerations.

At the same time, to add a ban to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, one user account on “State Services” will not be enough — you will need to install the Gosklyuch mobile application, obtain a free enhanced qualified signature certificate (ECS), using it to sign documents on a smartphone. In turn, to obtain a UKEP certificate you will need a new generation international passport and a phone with NFC technology support,” said Olesya Kalinkina, head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
