Government of Sevastopol: a report on budget execution for the first quarter of 2024 was presented

At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a report on the execution of the city budget for the first quarter of 2024 was presented.

The city budget for the first quarter of the year was executed with the following main parameters: revenues — 16.3 billion rubles, expenses — 16.4 billion rubles. The deficit amounted to 66 million rubles. The annual plan was fulfilled by 21.6%.

In the first quarter of 2024, Sevastopol’s budget received 16.3 billion rubles, including 6.3% tax and non-tax revenues and 10 billion gratuitous revenues. In the first three months of 2024, budget expenditures amounted to 16.4 billion — this is 21.5% of expenditures planned for the whole year. Without taking into account targeted revenues from other budgets, 9.1 billion rubles were spent.

Funding for socially significant expenses was provided as a priority. These are wages with charges for utilities, energy, compensation benefits, insurance premiums for compulsory insurance of the non-working population. Also among the priority areas of spending are the national economy — cash expenditure of 3.4 billion rubles, housing and communal services — 3.3 billion, education — 3 billion, social policy — 2.7 billion with an increase of 11% compared to the same period last year . 2.2 billion rubles were allocated and used for healthcare, with an increase of 10% compared to the corresponding period last year.
