Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev met with representatives of the volunteer community at the Volunteer Support Resource Center. Organizers and participants of subbotniks, members of the volunteer corps of the Victory Parade and festive concerts, volunteers in hospitals and temporary accommodation centers for refugees, organizers of educational programs for volunteers gathered at the center’s site. The Governor addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
Of course, first of all, I thank you. “With the support of the Government” they say all the time, but on the contrary, I think that the Government works with your support, because you are doing a great job! Thank you for being you, and for the fact that you can always rely on , — said Mikhail Razvozhaev.
Letters of thanks from the governor for their special contribution to the development of volunteerism were received by: volunteers of the All-Russian public movement «Medical Volunteers» in Sevastopol, volunteers of the regional branch of the All-Russian public organization of environmental volunteers «Do!» in Sevastopol, volunteers of the Sevastopol regional branch of the All-Russian public movement «Volunteers of Victory», members of the Sevastopol regional branch of the All-Russian student rescue corps, members of the Sevastopol regional public organization for the preservation of historical heritage «Grenadier», members of the Sevastopol regional branch of the All-Russian public organization «Young Guard of United Russia», members of the Sevastopol regional branch of the All-Russian Youth public organization «Russian Student Teams», members of the Sevastopol regional organization of the all-Russian public organization «Russian Union of Youth», the labor collective of Sevastopol State University, the labor collective of the Fishermen’s Palace of Culture, as well as Konyaev Ilya, Kurtish Lada, Loginova Alisa, Sofia Tarnavskaya, Alex Stadelmann, Maria Chaikina, Kristina Golovakha, Natalia Kozlova, Anastasia Makarenko, Svetlana Wrestler, Alena Zvezdova, Lukina Elizaveta, Egovitov Vladislav, Gurova Tatiana, Kruchinenko Ilyana, Berlovskaya Sophia, Gerich Alice.
Recall that on December 5, Volunteer Day was celebrated in Russia. The date was set by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation in 12 year. For 5 years, the volunteer movement of Sevastopol has shown itself at many events at the city, interregional and federal levels.
