Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev met with the «Leaders of Russia» to discuss their proposals for the development of the region

Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev met with the winners of the regional stage of the competition and discussed their management proposals. Before the participants of the fifth season of the Leaders of Russia management competition, the flagship project of the presidential platform «Russia is a country of opportunities» — This year the task was set: to solve the real problems of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation at a new regional stage. The agenda includes various socio-economic issues, including demography, education and training, tourism, ecology, transport, and the economy. In the Hero City, the participants of the competition were offered to solve the case “Sevastopol BAS Center”. The participants were given the task of analyzing the possibility of creating a BAS research and production center from the standpoint of assessing several aspects at once (consumer, management, logistics, research and production and personnel).

I want to say that the guys did a very serious study. In my opinion, in a very short period, serious analytical work has been done and good management decisions have been developed, I am even sure that we will use part of this presentation, which the guys presented today, to finalize the rationale for Sevastopol’s participation in the national project. And, of course, it’s very nice to see that there are members of my team here who work at various levels in the Government of Sevastopol and representatives of our business, and guys who plan to develop further in Sevastopol. 14 people became the finalists of the regional stage this year. Sergey Arbuzov, Mikhail Kalinichenko, Elena Glusskaya, Alina Barvitskaya, Sergey Sitnitsky and Natalia Borisova attended the meeting with the governor today.

After discussing management decisions, Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev presented letters of thanks to the finalists of the regional stage for the complexity and quality of the development of proposals for the implementation of significant tasks for the region.

Of course, such feedback, the support of the participants, it gives us confidence, because when we are supported by the head of the region — and we will still represent the region in the final — with this support and with these parting words, I am sure that each participant will feel much stronger yourself on the competition site— said one of the finalists of the competition Natalia Borisova, head of the Sevastopol center «My Business».

For reference: The regional stage of the «Leaders of Russia» competition appeared for the first time in the fifth anniversary season in order to attract participants to solving practical problems of the regions. The importance of this innovation was discussed the day before in the Kremlin at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of ANO «Russia — the Land of Opportunities» chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
