Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev on the air answered the questions of the townspeople

On the live air of the STV channel, Governor Mikhail Rasvozhaev spoke about the further fate of the property of the property seized by the city, accomplices of the Kyiv regime and financing Ukrainian armed groups.

One of the enterprises that will now be owned by the city is the former Mayak plant. Now there are many enterprises on the territory.

According to Mikhail Pravozhaev, there are nothing to be wary of respectable tenants: the State Unitary Enterprise “Center for the Effective Use of the City” will renegotted contracts, and the rent will continue on the previous conditions — only the funds will now go to the city treasury.

The second large object is the former Sevastopol boarding house, which has long gone into private hands, while there were no investments from the owners. There are also many premises here, and all the contracts can also be renegotted.

The point here is not so much in the income of the treasury, but that we stopped the economic activity of the damage to our country, ”the governor emphasized.

Another important issue that was discussed on the air is a problem with stray dogs.

There are many appeals on this topic, a resident of Sevastopol, who asked a question about creating a shelter, called the air.

Now we plan to allocate grants for a public organization that will develop a public shelter for homeless dogs. They already have it and we will help them scale, including solving the issue with the allocation of a land plot. In addition, we will strengthen the state veterinary service, which, according to my order, will now deal with the solution to stray dogs. And it is precisely the Veterinary Office that is now engaged in the creation of a state shelter— said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Among other things, there is another aspect: normative regulation.

We are talking about animals who have owners and who let them go to the will without supervision. The last high -profile case in Sevastopol related to the attack of dogs is just that. Strengthening legal measures aimed at ensuring that the owners of the animals bear strict responsibility for them is one of the most important aspects in solving a problematic issue— notes Mikhail Razvozhaev.
