Today, large families of Sevastopol residents received housing certificates under the program of the city of Sevastopol «Housing» (subprogram «Provision of housing for certain categories of citizens»). State support is provided in the form of social payments for the purchase of housing or the construction of an individual residential building.

This year we allocated 170 million rubles for these purposes. It is important to note that the city program is money from the budget of the city of Sevastopol. You are all wonderful families. The program has been operating in Sevastopol for seven years. From 2016 to 2022, certificates were issued to 132 families (664 people) for a total of 614.8 million rubles. This time another 15 large families received housing certificates. Out of 15 large families, one family with nine children, two families with five children, five families with four children, and seven families with three children received lump-sum cash payments.

The social payment provided to families with many children can be used: to pay the price of a contract for the sale of an apartment or a residential building, to build a residential building, to pay for a contract for participation in shared construction of an apartment building. The event is financed from the budget of the city of Sevastopol.
