Founded by Empress Catherine II, the legendary Sevastopol has been an outpost of the southern borders of the country for 240 years.

Since 2014, a new page has begun in the history of Sevastopol. A time of prosperity and unity. The scale of positive change in nine years is clear. Everyone now considers new roads, schools, kindergartens, medical, sports and cultural facilities to be commonplace. None of this would have happened if not for reunification with Russia.
We honor our glorious past, are proud of the present and confidently look to the future.
