Dear residents of Sevastopol!

10 years ago Sevastopol returned home! This happened thanks to the incredible courage of the people here on the peninsula and the decision of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. On March 18, 2014, a solemn ceremony of signing the historic treaty took place in the Kremlin. Two new entities were formed within the Russian Federation: the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol. Over these 10 years, with the support of our President, a tremendous amount of work has been done in Hero City. Since 2014, a new page has begun in the history of Sevastopol, which can safely be called the Renaissance. The Hero City, which has set a course for development and prosperity, has completely transformed over these 10 years: new roads, schools, kindergartens, clinics have been built, business, culture, science and tourism are actively developing. Sevastopol has become a center of attraction for guests from Russia and many countries of the world — not only as a patriotic capital, but also as a bright, original, dynamically developing region.

None of this would have happened if not for the Russian Spring!

None of this would have happened if not for reunification with Russia! The most important thing is that then, 10 years ago, the residents of Sevastopol expressed their will not for the sake of everyday comfort, which they certainly received. People defended their right to speak Russian, to live by the values ​​of Russia: to honor history and not betray the memory of their ancestors.

In recent years, we have seen the true face of our foreign “partners”. Now we here in Sevastopol, like no one else, understand that the reason for the hostile policy of the West towards our country is not at all that Sevastopol and Crimea have declared their desire to be with Russia. The reason is that the West considers the sustainable development of our country to be its main threat. Therefore, today Russia, like more than 80 years ago, is fighting neo-Nazism. And we will win, just like our ancestors won! Over these ten years we have learned to live under sanctions, and in the last two years we have learned to live under the sound of an air raid raid. But it is impossible to intimidate the residents of Sevastopol! Because we are invincible when there is unity and faith in our country!
