Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Simferopol brought to administrative responsibility a driver who grossly violated traffic rules.
On social networks, users complained about the driver of a Volkswagen Jetta, who in Simferopol grossly violated the Traffic Rules by driving on the sidewalk, thereby violating clause 9.9. Traffic rules of the Russian Federation.
The measures taken by the employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Simferopol allowed them to identify the offender. He turned out to be a resident of the Simferopol region, born in 1961— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 2 of Art. 12.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving on bicycle or pedestrian paths or sidewalks in violation of the Traffic Rules). The sanction of the article provides for the imposition of an administrative fine on the driver in the amount of two thousand rubles.
