Half of the inhabitants of Crimea consider English the most important for a career

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea, including parents of minor children, took part.
Every second resident of Crimea (50%) believes that English is the key to their career success. 10% believe that Chinese can play an important role in their professional development. Moreover, men spoke about the benefits of owning the language of the Middle Kingdom more often than women (15 and 6%, respectively). Arabic and German languages were mentioned much less often (1-2% of the votes of the respondents). Almost every fifth (23%) notes that a foreign language is not needed in his work.
51% of parents are sure that knowledge of English will be the most useful for their future children, 29% of Chinese. 1% are sure that you need to study German, Arabic or Spanish. Another 1% mentioned other options. 4% of parents believe that their children are not needed by foreign languages.
