Avito Works experts studied the dynamics of average salary offers in the country and identified a rating of blue-collar professions for which employers offer an average salary of over 100,000 rubles. The list of the highest paid working professions was headed by the specialty of a truck driver with an average offered salary of 184,337 rubles.
Among blue-collar professions, there has been a significant increase in proposed wages. So, last year a milling operator received 107,384 rubles; now the average income in this specialty is 164,036 rubles (+59%) per month. Salaries for service technicians increased by 46% over the year. Last year they received 96,440 rubles, in the winter of 2024 — 140,896 rubles per month,” noted the service’s press service.

At the moment, on average in Russia, the share of vacancies with an offered monthly salary of more than 100,000 rubles per month is 27% of all job offers.
The share of those specialists who are offered a salary in the range of 90,000–100,000 rubles is 6% of the total number of vacancies. This year, the list of workers receiving wages from 90,000 to 100,000 rubles per month includes the professions of façade designer, taking into account the increase in average salaries for the year (by 22%), installer (by 45%), car mechanic (by 26%), picker (by 37%) and vegetable grower (by 76%) — in the winter of 2023 they received up to 90,000 rubles.

At the end of the winter of 2024, against the backdrop of a shortage of personnel, average wages in Russia increased by 7% compared to last year, but for certain professions and areas the changes were more significant. The largest increase in average offered wages in the country occurred in the construction sector and amounted to 31%,” comments Avito Works development director Dmitry Puchkov.
