In Simferopol, a young man who tried to commit a crime of a sexual nature against a passer-by and stole her backpack will be sent to a colony.
The prosecutor’s office of the Kyiv district of Simferopol supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a resident of the region. He was found guilty under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph “b”, part 2, art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted other actions of a sexual nature), paragraph “c”, part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft)— reported the Crimean prosecutor’s office.

A city resident was detained by police,” the prosecutor’s office provided details.
The convicted person admitted his guilt in full, repented, and asked for an apology from the victim.
The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the man to 6 years in prison to serve the sentence in a maximum security correctional colony. The civil claim of the victim was satisfied in terms of compensation for moral damage in the amount of 150 thousand rubles.
