He beat me professionally and brutally. The unrestrained “fighter” will be tried in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Sevastopol, the police completed an investigation into a criminal case of causing harm to the health of a local resident.
Employees of the inquiry department of the Russian Department of Internal Affairs for the Gagarinsky district completed an inquiry into a criminal case against a local resident who intentionally caused moderate harm to the health of a 52-year-old manthe police said.
It was previously established that a 46-year-old resident of Sevastopol was walking his dog without a leash in the private sector. Approaching one of the houses, his shepherd began to bark loudly, thus reacting to strange dogs that were outside the fence of the household. The owner of the house, who was working in the garden at the time, did not like this, and he made a remark to a passerby, asking him to keep his pet on a leash. On this basis, a verbal conflict began between the men, during which the 52-year-old victim went out into the street, holding a rake in his hands, which he used to work on the site. This angered the attacker and he struck his opponent several times in the head, causing him to fall to the ground. Next, the suspect inflicted at least eleven blows with fists of both hands, as well as a kick to the victim’s face, thereby causing moderate harm to health.
The attacker was detained by police officers. A criminal case was initiated against him under Part 1 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Intentional infliction of moderate harm to health”). The materials of the criminal case have been transferred to the court for consideration. The sanction of the article provides for up to three years of imprisonment.
