He beat up a friend and got a real prison term. The court's verdict for a Kerch resident

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The Leninsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea sentenced a 30-year-old resident of the city of Kerch for intentionally causing serious bodily harm dangerous to human life.

During the trial, it was established that in February of this year, the victim had a conflict with acquaintances from the village of Bondarenkovo, and so that they would not bother him, he told them that he communicated well with the defendant, thereby hiding behind his name, but in fact, during this period of time, he did not maintain friendly and amicable relations with him. So, the defendant accidentally learned of this situation and decided to sort out all its details, for this he found the guy and offered to go talk to him. The guy agreed, suspecting that he would be bodily harmed. So, having arrived in the field, they both got out of the car and the defendant began to conduct his own interrogation, hitting the victim in the body with his feet and hands. Having beaten the guy and received an apology from him, he put him in the car and drove him home, where at home the parents called an ambulance. As a result of the beating, a buried blunt chest trauma was caused with damage to the left shoulder blade, rib, with a contusion of the left lung and the development of pneumothorax, a closed craniocerebral injury in the form of a mild contusion of the brain with a fracture of the nasal bone, — the court’s press service announced the details of the incident.

At the court hearing, the defendant fully admitted his guilt and repented.
